BASES DRAWINGS INSTAGRAM: ACEITUNO

CLAUSE 1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY.
UNOACEIT SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, with registered office at Calle Maestro Pascual Baca 1ºB, 23680 Alcalá la Real, Jaén with CIF B23777295 and owner of the ACEITUNO brand, organizes on the dates indicated below, the free DRAW without obligation of purchase called in accordance with the modalities described in these Bases.

CLAUSE 2.- OBJECTIVE AND CONDITIONS OF THE DRAW.
Between July 19 and 26, 2019 (both included) whoever wishes to participate must:

Be over 18 years old and resident in Spain.
Follow the ACEITUNO brand profile on Instagram: @aove_aceituno
Leave a comment on the @aove_aceituno profile post mentioning three real Instagram user profiles that follow @aove_aceituno.

CLAUSE 3.- PRIZE.
A prize consisting of a 500ml bottle of Picual variety EVOO and a Picual Premium Pearl Box will be awarded.

CLAUSE 5.- RESOLUTION.
On July 29, 2019 the winner will be designated randomly. Three reserve winners will also be chosen.

CLAUSE 6.- DELIVERY OF THE PRIZES.
The winner will be contacted by direct message through Instagram from July 29, 2019. In the event that it is not possible to locate him within 48 hours, or, if he rejects the prize expressly for any reason, ACEITUNO will attend Winners reserve by order of choice. Once the prize is accepted, the winner will receive an explanatory e-mail on how to proceed to enjoy the prize. In the event that the prize was rejected by all, winner and reservations, the draw will be declared void.

CLAUSE 7.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.

Purpose and legitimation:
Process your participation in the raffle and, where appropriate, proceed to the delivery of the prize with the corresponding withholding tax – Execution of the contract: Subscription.

Data processed:
Data provided through the registration form or others that, additionally, we may request for the development of the aforementioned purposes.

Recipients:
For the development of the purposes set out above, it is not expected that your data will be communicated to third companies, except legal obligation.

LINKAUA MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION as the person in charge of treatment together with other suppliers that will act under the instructions of LINKAUA MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION.

International transfers:
The data of the winners can be published on the different Web Platforms or Social Networks of ACEITUNO. This publication may involve an international transfer to a country whose data protection regulations do not present a level equivalent to the European one.

The interested party, through his participation in the raffle, accepts such transfer, notwithstanding LINKAUA MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION. can take additional measures to ensure the level of data security.

Conservation term:
Once the draw is finished, your data will not be processed.

CLAUSE 8.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY.
1. The mere fact of participating in the raffle implies the full acceptance of these Terms.

2. ACEITUNO reserves the right to modify the Basis of the draw, partially or totally at any time. Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or leave the prize void if any irregularity is detected. Once any modification has been made, it will be duly notified to the participants on the ACEITUNO website.

3. ACEITUNO reserves the right to exclude from the participation in the draw all those participants who, it considers, are not complying with any participation conditions included in these Bases. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from his condition as such.

4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Terms will result in the subsequent disqualification of the participant in the draw.

5. ACEITUNO is exempt from any responsibility in the event that there is any error in the data provided in its case by the grantees themselves that prevented their identification.

CLAUSE 9.- APPLICABLE LAW – CONTROVERSY.
These Bases are subject to Spanish legislation. Any claim related to the draw must be sent in writing to LINKAUA MARKETING Y COMUNICACIÓN, at At. from the Marketing Department of ACEITUNO, to the following address: Calle Arlabán, 7 office 47 Madrid, in the thirty (30) days after the deadline for participation in the draw. In case of controversy in the application or interpretation of these Bases and in the absence of a friendly agreement, any dispute will be subject to the courts of the city of Madrid.
